Orange JeOS Core and GUI releases are provided in an .iso file format. This iso file should be burned to an empty CD-ROM using your favorite software (we suggest k3b on CentOS). Once the CD-ROM is created all you need to do is boot with it to automatically configure the target machine as a Orange JeOS appliance. WARNING: The install will run from the boot (if your CD-ROM is before your hard disk in your boot list) and will ERASE and FORMAT your internal hard disk WITHOUT any prompting. Be careful!!!
Orange JeOS VMK (VMware) zip Install Instructions
Orange JeOS VMK releases are provided in a zip file format. This zip file should be extracted (use the "use folders" option, if available). The resulting directory/folder will contain all of the vm files in VMware Server 1.0.x format. Using VMware Server, select the "Open Existing Virtual Machine" option (either under the home tab or from the File menu).
